A West Monroe man is
free on bond after an arrest for driving while intoxicated -- on a lawnmower. Ouachita Parish sheriff's deputies booked Larry Minniefield, 48, on one count of driving while intoxicated and driving an unsafe vehicle. His lawn looks like crap.
